With Divine Free Edition, you can convert ANY Photoshop design to a WordPress theme. Divine was developed for those who know a bit from Photoshop and sites creation but don't want to get bored marking up a valid site on the basis of CMS manually. By the way, the site gets uploaded to the server via the built-in FTP-client.
I just discovered one problem with this... If you are using 64-bit Windows you have to launch the 32-bit version of Photoshop to get access to Divine under the File-Automate-Divine section.
I've got a 32 Bit Version, and yet this doesn't help. However, I just Re-Installed my CS3, and it works like a charm, I suggest those who don't mind using CS3/CS4 do this too, until it's resolved.
I have de same problem.. Y can't see a Divine. I have Windows Vista 32bits and PS CS3 in Spanish... The installation is ok but I can't see... can help me? Regards!
This issue is connected with the installation path for the plugins in un-English versions of Photoshop. We’re fixing it at the moment; the newest program make will be ready in about two weeks. Sorry for this inconvenience, please try doing the following: 1. If you already have Divine plugin installed on your computer: - Launch Photoshop - In ‘Edit-> Preference-> Plugins’ menu enter manually a path to the catalogue with the plugin (\Adobe Photoshop CSx\Plug-Ins) - Restart Photoshop
2. In case you haven’t yet installed Divine: - Launch plugin installer - Choose ‘Custom folder’ while plugin installation (point where plugins are placed in your Photoshop version. E.g. in French version they’re located in ‘”..\Modules externes’) - Launch Photoshop. Please let me know if it helped.
Photoshop uses /plugins folder while divine uses /plug-ins. That´s the problem. SO, if you follow the advice of Admin in Sep 22 you only need to enter the path to plug-ins
Thanks for the reply , not a problem , i can make a small drive and install xp in it and use it until you release a stable 64bit windows 7 enabled version...cheers :)
