Divine

Website
With Divine Free Edition, you can convert ANY Photoshop design to a WordPress theme. Divine was developed for those who know a bit from Photoshop and sites creation but don't want to get bored marking up a valid site on the basis of CMS manually. By the way, the site gets uploaded to the server via the built-in FTP-client.

Official response:
Unfortunately for now you can only use Divine under Windows.
But the good news is that we are going to release Mac version of Divine.

Hint from our user (Thanks, Niero!):
"...the only way to run things efficiently at the moment is to get a trial version of Photoshop for Windows and run it (preferably on two screens) via Parallels or VMware drag and dropping from one end to the other. Far from efficient, but gets the job done far quicker than going in manually."

I downloaded it only to find out that it was just for Windows; as there are more than a handful of designers out there that use Mac OS X, please consider making this a Mac product as well.

same problem as "guest on 2009/08/01". Must test this on parallels on my mac with an old cs 3 photoshop version. I do work fulltime on a mac with cs 4. Love to see this on a mac -) cs4... meanwhile... using the alternative way... Damn

This is very sad. I know that windows has a larger user base but this tool is a Photoshop plugin so I guess it should work on both systems. Please make a Mac version available when you get a chance. I feel really bad for you developer guys. You can't be using Windows as your primary system?

    mac version ASAP please.

To get some funds to develop with maybe you could round all us mac user up and offer us a discount if we put a deposit of $20 or so down today? I'd do it.

It is really very nice to hear such warm words from Divine users!
So, to numerous requests, prior to release of official Divine Mac version, we've decided to give a chance for the customers, who want to gain competitive advantage, to prepay/purchase an unstable Mac version of Divine on the special terms and conditions
As soon as it is ready, we’ll inform all of you about this opportunity.
  • mStudios 2009-12-11 03:29:55
Yes, I'm also in for beta testing a Mac version or help with a prepay/purchase - a LOT of designers are on a Mac and so it makes just sense to push this platform/version!
  • 2009-12-17 01:52:34
Hi! Yes I'm in too, would love to test and prepay/purchase on a mac platform.
